First, let's find your Provider record.
For first time users, you must first get a “user name” and “password”. You can do this by clicking the “Register” button, which will be found directly to the left of the “Provider Login” button. After you do this, the following information will appear:
“Welcome to Iron Road Healthcare Provider profile creation. You will need your Business Tax Identification Number (TIN) to complete this process. Some of the Other information is also required during this registration to verify your provider identity. Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Your TIN registration is critical to allow you to looking up member eligibility, claims or benefit information.
Upon successful processing of your request our system will send an email message containing your assigned User Name to the email address you provide on this form. Normally, you will receive the email message within a few minutes. You will then be able to login to the provider area of the web site using your new User Name and Password.”
